thanks for the camp and the info. attached are my notes from your kick ass camp. have bought some cones and will start first practice tomorrow. take care and plan on seeing you for one of your XC racing camps once i practice (perfectly practice that is) what i’ve learned so far. i have been to many conferences in many fields of study. rarely have come out with so much applicable and pertinent knowledge. thanks again.
